Our Commitment to Fair Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement:

  • Clients agree to engage DeCrystal for cleaning services as per the agreed schedule and scope of work.

  • DeCrystal will provide cleaning services using reasonable skill, care, and diligence.

2. Scope of Work:

  • The scope of work will be outlined and agreed upon before the commencement of services.

  • Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon by both parties in writing.

3. Service Duration:

  • The duration of each cleaning session will be agreed upon in advance.

  • Additional time required due to unforeseen circumstances may incur extra charges.

4. Payment Terms:

  • Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of each cleaning session unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payment methods accepted include cash, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of cleaning appointments.

  • Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

6. Access and Security:

  • Clients agree to provide safe access to the premises during scheduled cleaning sessions.

  • DeCrystal will take reasonable care with keys and security codes provided by Clients.

7. Liability:

  • DeCrystal will not be liable for any damages or losses caused by the Client's failure to secure valuables or fragile items.

  • DeCrystal will not be liable for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions or improper maintenance of the premises.

8. Health and Safety:

  • DeCrystal employees will adhere to health and safety guidelines during cleaning operations.

  • Clients must inform DeCrystal of any health and safety hazards or concerns related to the premises.

9. Complaints and Disputes:

  • Clients must notify DeCrystal of any complaints or disputes within 24 hours of service completion.

  • DeCrystal will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints in a timely manner.

10. Termination:

  • Either party may terminate the service agreement with reasonable notice.

  • Termination of services does not relieve the Client of any outstanding payment obligations.

11. Confidentiality:

  • Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the service agreement.

12. Governing Law:

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes shall be resolved in [Jurisdiction]'s courts.

By engaging DeCrystal Cleaning Services, Clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. DeCrystal reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time and updated Terms will be communicated to Clients accordingly.
